CAS(E) this Sketch 71

This week's awesome sketch is by teammate Gayatri.

And here's my super liberal take on it.

I didn't realize how many "splat" stamps I owned until I pulled them out for this card.
They were all inked with Distress inks and sprayed with water before stamping
for a water colored look. The sentiment was cut apart to form a single line.

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see how the rest of the design team
interpreted the sketch and join us if you can.
Be sure to link up your cards by Thursday, April 10th.

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Love your take on this sketch. The sentiment perfectly supports the splats (sadly, I too, have a lot of them).

  5. Great card, Donna! The fact that you used distress ink and sprayed your splats makes them look like real splats and not just stamped splats, love that!

  6. Yep, those splats go so well with your sentiment. The messier the crafting, the better! Wonderful card!
